- NO PARTY or Unregistered Guest without host approval on the premises due to pool liability. - Pool heating is $95/ night. $50 additional for preheat 12 hours before check-in time. It is a ~24,000-gallon pool. - Spa heating is free. Pre-heating the spa is an additional $50. - No Lifeguard on Duty. Swim At Your Own Risk. - Guests use the Spa/ Pool at their own risk. Please carefully review the hot tub rules posted by the pool area before using it. - We DO NOT provide floats or pool noodles
